Gordon Ramsay and Fox launch Food Brand & Entertainment Platform Bite

Gordon Ramsay and Fox will launch Bite, described as a global food brand and entertainment platform.

Bite falls under Ramsay’s deal with Fox Entertainment and their production partnership, Studio Ramsay Global. The platform will offer a wide range of culinary content, products and experiences.

“Bite is an innovative fusion of my nearly 20-year partnership with Fox, bringing together all the experiences, excitement, competition and personality we have created together under this original, unique food and lifestyle project,” said Ramsay. “This new brand will cater to every taste of food fans with a tantalizing array of original series, compelling food stories and endless digital content that audiences everywhere will devour!”

The Bite Digital Network will serve as the brand’s digital and social content hub. Several original series are already set to debut, including:

–“Idiot Sandwich:” Ramsay’s new digital culinary competition series, inspired by the chef’s wildly popular viral meme.
–“Next Level Kitchen,” described as a digital sequel series to “Next Level Chef,” featuring the show’s three mentors: Ramsay, Nyesha Arrington and Richard Blais.

“For food fans around the world, the Bite kitchen is open,” said Rob Wade, CEO of Fox Entertainment, “and with Gordon and his team at Studio Ramsay Global bringing together all the right ingredients, there is simply no one better to serve. this vibrant, authentic celebration of food-themed entertainment and experiences. As the world’s most dynamic, all-encompassing one-stop culinary destination, we are confident audiences will happily discover and enjoy every bite.”

Under the Bite Digital Originals banner, there will also be a series of content from stars like “Next Level Chef’s” Tineke “Tini” Younger and Season 3 champion Gabi Chappel.

Bite has also partnered with cookware brand HexClad to become an official sponsor for a range of food content from Fox and Studio Ramsay Global worldwide.

There are plans to further expand Bite into publications, consumer products, live events and experiences, and apps and online destinations.
