Channing Tatums ex-wife Jenna Dewan fired back at his claims that her recent actions in court are dragging out their never-ending divorce battle.

This is evident from court documents obtained by RadarOnline.comthe actress lambasted Tatum after claiming she had rejected several divorce proposals in recent years.

The exes will appear in court later this year.

Dewan and Tatum split in 2018 and share a daughter called Always. They quickly reached a custody agreement but have been unable to resolve remaining issues, including the division of their property and support.

The biggest problem is the distribution of the profits magical mike rich. Tatum starred in the 2012 film – which was written and released during the wedding – and eventually spawned two sequels, a live show, a reality show and several other ventures with the magical mike name.

Dewan argued that she contributed to the project and that it was created with community funds. She recently accused Tatum and his business partners of creating a web of LLCS and corporations to hide Magic Mike profits from her.

Dewan’s attorney wrote, “Jenna alleges that Channing, with the participation and assistance of his business manager and other associates, created a complex web of LLCs, holding companies and partnerships, all designed to dilute and conceal value. license income from it, the share of the community of property magical mike intellectual property and derivatives.”

Dewan demanded that the court order two separate trials on the divorce. The first would be about the Magic Mike money and the second could be about remaining issues.

In response, Tatum denied claims that he hid money from Dewan. He said he was open and transparent about the finances and that Dewan was aware of all matters.

“[Dewan’s] accusations in her [motion] are incorrect, unfounded and not substantiated by information and documents it already has in its possession, as further described below. I believe that petitioner is making these allegations as a delaying tactic and to seek a windfall from me, ignoring my post-divorce efforts to improve the situation. magical mike intellectual property and related businesses,” Tatum wrote in court.

Tatum agreed that Dewan was owed a portion of the empire, but disagreed with her percentage demand. He accused her of damaging the magical mike brand with her accusations.

Now, in her newly filed motion, Dewan has denied Tatum’s claims that she is dragging out the case. She said she agreed to one lawsuit instead of two, but she especially wanted to hear the Magic Mike issue.

Her attorney explained, “Jenna is seeking a trial management order because ownership of the story idea comprising the Magic Mike Intellectual Property is the first question that must be answered before the other issues can be fairly litigated. In fact, but for Channing’s Refusal to Determine that Magic Mike’s Intellectual Property currently held in two separate ownership holding companies is equally divisible community property, this issue would not have to be adjudicated first, if ever.

Dewan said Tatum has refused to agree to give her a 50% discount on the premium magical mike profit he receives.

Her lawyer added: “Given [Tatum’s] alleged purpose of expediting the trial in this case, [Dewan] renews its request to that effect
[Tatum] simply determine that Magic Mike’s intellectual property held in the two holding companies is equally divisible community property.

Tatum has yet to respond to Dewan’s latest claims in court.
